Segway? Or Seg-no-way?




There's an interesting conversation going on over at DCist about cops on segways, and whether they, well, look ridiculous.

Many of the comments seem to go along the line of, "Who cares if they look ridiculous if this helps them do their job better?"  Sounds right to me.

We wrote about this back in 2005.  Now cops are showing up on segways in cities from D.C. to New York to Chicago and Miami

What do you think? Do they look silly? Does it matter?
