International City/County Management Association (ICMA) is holding a special leadership program that offers assistants, assistant managers and those beginning their career path in local government, a way to build their leadership skill set though the art and practice of leadership. The program includes identification of effective management and supervision styles with Felicia Logan, director, ICMA leadership development, a discussion with Bob O’Neill, ICMA executive director, and a session on life balance in a 24/7 work world. This offering is scheduled for March 6-7, March 20-21, April 3-4, April 17-18, and May 1-2, in the Southeast, Northeast, Midwest, West Coast and Mountain Plains regions, respectively.
