The ARRA has established a once in a lifetime opportunity for public and private entities to accelerate the deployment of broadband technology that improve access, sustainability and provide economic development in our communities. invites you to a one hour web event featuring senior executives from state and local agencies who will share their experiences and expected outcomes from Broadband Stimulus. 
This interactive session will be moderated by a Cisco executive from its public sector practice while the government executives share their:

  • Strategy for the use of broadband to connect the underserved while enhancing services for all
  • Lessons learned in their planning and ARRA application process and the anticipated challenges that lie ahead
  • Experiences with the use of broadband and communications technologies to: improve services, access, decrease costs and environmental impact, and enhancing internal efficiencies
  • Ideas on technology and its impact on quality of life, education, economic development, workforce re-training, and competitiveness
