Jefferson County Commissioner Calls for End to Bankruptcy Case

Jefferson County George Bowman called for an end to the county's Chapter 9 municipal bankruptcy case and proposed a settlement with sewer system creditors that involves no rate increases. Bowman was the only commissioner to vote against bankruptcy in November 2011.
