The amount that Delaware-based blockchain software development company Regen Network Development bought in carbon credits that were generated by a 46-acre forest in Issaquah, Wash., making it the largest single sale of urban forest credits in U.S. history. King County and Issaquah purchased the forested area in 2018 and the money that the sale generated will help fund local forest management programs.
