Christie Can't Abolish Affordable Housing Agency, Rules New Jersey Supreme Court



With the case not likely to be heard until the fall, Gov. Chris Christie will have to come up with $161 million for the new budget year that begins July 1 to make up for the council’s unused affordable-housing money he had been counting on.
