Arizona Gov. Brewer OKs Elections Bill, Vetoes 6 Other Bills



Gov. Jan Brewer vetoed the bill that demanded the federal government relinquish title to most of its lands within Arizona. She signed a bill that requires cities and towns to hold their candidate elections at the same time as the state, a move that means no more spring-time council races.
