Cleveland Mayor Offers Compromise for Music Clubs on Admission tax



Mayor Frank Jackson has offered small music clubs some relief from the city's 8 percent admission tax. The new proposal would apply the tax to only a quarter or half of ticket money collected, depending on the size of the venue.
