Regina LaBelle is a principal with LaBelle Strategies, working with nonprofits and local governments identifying effective strategies to address the opioid epidemic. She is also a Visiting Fellow with the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy.

From 2009 to 2017, LaBelle served in the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, first as senior policy adviser and then as chief of staff. From 2002 to 2009, whe was legal counsel to the mayor of Seattle. She is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Boston College.
