Harrisburg Council Remains Undeterred



Mark Schwartz, the attorney handling the Harrisburg, Pa., bankruptcy filing, insists that the city council made the right move when it voted Tuesday night to seek Chapter 9 protection.

He believes that a bankruptcy judge will help remove some of the politics from a debate that's become something of a turf war between state and local leaders.
