A Bumpy Transition for Indianapolis School Takeover



Indiana's foray into school takeovers continues to be fraught with confusion, bickering and accusations. But the latest back-and-forth involving Indianapolis Public Schools, the Indiana Department of Education and the two private operators hired by the state to take over four schools has taken things to a new level.
