Terry Riggleman, a prisoner who has filed one of the first class-action lawsuits against a state prison system for not treating inmates with hepatitis C, a potentially fatal liver disease which he has. A cure is available -- for the cost of $40,000 to $90,000 per person -- but at least 144,000 inmates are not offered it.
