Supporters have poured more than $78 million into television ads — with another $10 million reserved for the final weeks — while opponents plan to spend just $9,000 down the stretch. “The ‘Yes’ campaign has overwhelmed the ‘No’ side,” said strategist Brandon Castillo. “Faced with a lopsided fundraising disadvantage, they’ve been dead in the water for weeks.”
