South Carolina state Rep. Todd Rutherford, a Democrat and one of 11 representatives that voted against censuring Governor Mark Sanford for bringing bringing "ridicule, dishonor, disgrace, and shame" to himself and the state. The House voted 102-11 to censure the governor.
