The amount of the $4.6 trillion worth of pandemic federal relief funds that went to arts and entertainment. The funds came from the CARES Act, the American Rescue Plan, the Paycheck Protection Program and the Shuttered Venue Operators Grant. Ninety-six percent of all counties received some form of arts relief.
