The South Carolina Supreme Court’s decision to reverse course on abortion, upholding a ban of a majority of procedures after six weeks of pregnancy. The court recently became an all-male entity, after Justice Kaye Hearn, the court’s lone woman, reached the state’s mandatory retirement age.
