Cities that are chosen for the project will receive valuable support and resources from experts and peers to help them achieve their goals.

What is New Orleans proposing?
The city of New Orleans proposes a new initiative to eliminate deeply entrenched disparities experienced by businesses owned by people of color and revitalize neighborhoods and commercial districts as places of thriving commerce for people of color.
