Shannon T. O'Connor is an attorney with Goldberg Segalla. Based in the firm's Syracuse, N.Y., office, she focuses her practice on municipal and governmental liability and matters involving employment and labor law. Before entering private practice, she served for several years as assistant corporation counsel for the city of Syracuse, representing the city and its officials in a wide variety of litigation.
O'Connor is a Local Government Fellow of the International Municipal Lawyers Association. She earned her law degree from Syracuse University and her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
