A principal associate in Abt Associates' Division of Health and Environment, Sarah Jalbert is a criminologist and public policy analyst with 20 years of experience conducting research in and evaluation of justice systems. Much of her work has focused on outcomes for people under community supervision, including those with behavioral-health or substance-use disorders and high-risk youth.
Jalbert holds master's degrees in public policy and applied sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.
