Bob Taft, a Republican who was governor of Ohio from 1999 to 2007, is a member of the advisory board of the Hunt Institute's Hunt-Kean Leadership Fellows program. Before running for governor, Taft served as Ohio's secretary of state, as a Hamilton County commissioner and as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives.
