As the Newark Star Ledger reports this morning, acting New Jersey Governor Richard Codey just can't get enough titles. In addition to serving in one of the strongest gubernatorial offices in the country, Codey's also still the president of the state senate.

But last week, Codey made yet another power grab: he became the deputy mayor of West Orange Township. It seems that the daughter of Codey's long-time barber is getting married, and she wanted the family friend to perform the ceremony. Despite all the powers inherent in Codey's other offices, performing marriages was not among them.
