ETC Institute, a Kansas-based research firm, conducts a national citizen satisfaction survey of approximately 4,000 residents measuring community satisfaction rates for different areas of local government.
Results listed below refer to the percentage of survey respondents reporting to be "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with a city service. Mouse over a bar for figures for each major government service category.
