Timothy P. Shea is the project manager for product development at Austin, Texas-based AngelouEconomics. He developed the company's Community Progress Index, which provides a comprehensive evaluation of social progress in American cities.
Previously, Shea served for four years as a field artillery officer in the U.S. Army, conducting training and operations in several U.S. states, Afghanistan and Australia. He holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's degree in economics from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio.
