Paul Hencoski is KPMG LLP's national lead partner for government health and human services and in this capacity focuses on analyzing national trends, developing methodologies and delivery of services in the health and human services domain for federal, state and local government agencies. In addition, he is a recognized thought leader on implementation of the Affordable Care Act. He has personally led engagements advising Connecticut, Maine and Rhode Island on their ACA implementation activities.
Hencoski earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the University of Rochester and holds certificates in management studies and international relations. Prior to joining KPMG, he was a principal with a major government systems integrator. He is a Certified Project Management Professional.
