Marc Joffe, a policy analyst and former financial IT manager, is a senior fellow at the Data Foundation, which advocates for open data and evidence-informed public policy. A visiting fellow at the California Policy Center, he is a former federal and state policy analyst at the Cato Institute, senior policy analyst at the Reason Foundation and senior director at Moody’s Analytics. He holds an MBA from New York University and an MPA from San Francisco State University.
