More Cloud for Minnesota

Minnesota CIO Tom Baden expects many state systems to move to a hybrid cloud environment over the next five years — both to improve efficiency and, more importantly, strengthen security. But some of the state’s biggest and most complex systems will stay on mainframe platforms for the foreseeable future.
