Michigan Sen. Gary Peters, who chairs the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, which conducted a report into the Jan. 6 Capitol Insurrection with the Senate Rules Committee. The report found that there were broad intelligence breakdowns and law enforcement and military failures ahead of the attack.
