Rod Stevens, principal with Business Street, provides revitalization consulting for real estate, business and economic development, helping clients leverage their assets to draw talent and investment. His clients include cities, universities, medical centers and private investors around the country. He has worked on a number of downtown and main street efforts, including the turnaround of the town center project in Kenmore, Wash., as well as commercial development strategy to grow and broaden Chapel Hill, N.C.'s tax base. He has an undergraduate degree in history and an MBA from Dartmouth University's Amos Tuck School of Business.
