Keith Kozloff

Keith Kozloff is a retired environmental economist who served served under Republican and Democratic administrations at the U.S. Treasury Department and also worked in state government and in the private and nonprofit sectors. Most recently he was the director of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation's Office of Accountability.

Before joining OPIC, Kozloff served as a senior environmental economist in the Office of International Affairs at the Treasury Department. Previously, he was a management consultant for PA Consulting Group, dealing with energy and environmental issues and advising foreign governments. He also held positions at the World Resources Institute, the University of Minnesota, and the Minnesota Department of Energy and Economic Development.

Kozloff holds a Ph.D in agricultural and applied economics from the University of Minnesota as well as a master's degree from the University of Wisconsin
