Arthur Burris

Arthur Burris is director of Public Sector Innovation for Living Cities, a philanthropic collaborative of 22 of the world’s largest foundations and financial institutions working to improve the lives of low-income people and the cities where they live.  At Living Cities, Burris leads a broad portfolio of work designed to identify and accelerate innovations to improve the functioning of local government.  Prior to joining Living Cities, he worked for ten years on the staff of the Budget Committee in the U.S House of Representatives, including six years as deputy staff director.
