Christine Tappan

Christine Tappan is a principal associate at Abt Associates and co-lead of Abt's Global Center on Technical Assistance & Implementation. A former New Hampshire associate commissioner of health and human services who served previously as director of local-government affairs for the American Public Human Services Association, she has more than 25 years of experience working in the public, social and for-profit sectors. She holds two degrees in social work: a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and a master's from the University of Michigan.
