Obama Oversees New Jersey Transit Agency's Labor Battle

President Barack Obama has signed an executive order to create a second emergency board to investigate the dispute between New Jersey Transit and its labor unions.

 

The union called a contract offer made to the first emergency board that Obama set up in July "utterly unacceptable."
