Going Green, Saving Green

Green is good. But right now there isn't enough of the "green stuff" to go around. Which is why the column by Lynn Scarlett is so timely. It turns out that changing the incentives can encourage developers to think green.

It's also nice that these measures can help avoid sizable infrastructure costs. Is there any reason everybody isn't doing this?
