Video plays an important role in the City Accelerator. Beginning in July, you'll be able to see, rank and rate video pitches from participating cities about their ideas to solve problems in innovative ways.

Until then, we'll use this space to provide additional background on the program and introduce you to some of the people behind the program.

Meet Nigel Jacobs, Technologist in Residence at Living Cities, whose work focuses on fostering a culture of innovation and a spirit of experimentation to making social change.
