Reg Alcock

Reg Alcock, who died Oct. 14, 2011, had served as president of the Treasury Board of Canada and as a member of Parliament representing Winnipeg South in the House of Commons. At the time of his death, he was executive-in-residence at the University of Manitoba. He held an MPA degree from Harvard University and was a longstanding member of the Harvard Policy Group, which studies the effects of information technology on the public sector.
