Caroline Cournoyer -- Deputy Web Editor. Caroline covered federal policy and politics for CongressNow, the former legislative wire service for Roll Call, and has also written for Teacher Magazine. She learned the ins and outs of state and local government while working as an assistant editor at WTOP Radio. One of her favorite GOVERNING stories to report and write has been her piece about a nationwide contest and curriculum to get kids involved in solving “green” problems at the local level.
