Joe Leinbach 
Joe Leinbach is a GovLab fellow and senior consultant in the federal technology practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he has supported clients in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in politics and philosophy and earned a a master's degree in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College.
