Ivan Knauer, along with his colleague John Snodgrass, represented the city of Harrisburg, Pa., in connection with the Securities and Exchange Commission's now-settled investigation.
Knauer is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of the law firm Pepper Hamilton LLP and is co-chair of Pepper Hamilton's's securities and financial services enforcement group. He previously served on the senior staff in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's enforcement department and as senior counsel in the SEC's enforcement division.
