Carol Anderson is a reporter and editor who has contributed articles to Governing and other publications for a number of years. She has covered a wide range of topics, including Medicaid, homeland security, finance, housing and hybrid pension plans. Carol also has edited a book on consumer legislation and the freedom of information act and currently is editing a book on innovation in housing during the recession. She lives in Bethesda, Md., with her husband and two sons.
