Camille Barnett’s career focused on leading and transforming organizations. She is a professional city manager, an active advisor to public sector leaders, a frequent speaker and author on emerging issues of leadership and governance. Most of her years in city management were in Sunnyvale, CA, Dallas, Houston, and Austin, TX, Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA. She has a Ph.D. in public administration from the University of Southern California. Dr. Barnett has consulted both nationally and internationally and has taught, spoken and written throughout her career.
