Rob Hamill is a GovLab fellow and consultant in Deloitte Consulting LLP's human-capital practice. Before joining Deloitte, he spent several months working at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a dual degree in international relations and French studies.
