Hanna Azemati


Hanna Azemati is a program director with the Harvard Kennedy School's Government Performance Lab, leading its work on the Bloomberg Philanthropies' What Works Cities initiative. She also helped New York state develop and launch its first social impact bond project.

Before joining the Government Performance Lab, Azemati was a financial analyst at Citigroup in New York City and a Fellow for Kiva in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda. She earned her bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in government from Dartmouth College and her master's degree in international relations from Yale University.
