Andy Wakefield is the director of Intueor Consulting's Transit Operations Management Consulting practice. He assists transit agencies with IT strategic planning, program management, computer-aided dispatch/automatic vehicle location systems, operations, scheduling, voice and data communications, and customer relationship management system procurement and implementation.
