Walter Campbell is an associate and scientist in Abt Associates' Division of Health and Environment. His research has focused on community supervision and post-incarceration outcomes, including evaluations of home and field contacts, supervision risk scores, and the impact of distance between prison and an inmate's former residence.
Campbell is a doctoral candidate in criminal justice at Rutgers University. He earned master's degrees in criminal justice from Rutgers and in criminology from the University of Pennsylvania.
