Richard A. "Dick" Anderson is the county manager of Fulton County, Ga. He has held a number of executive positions in the public and private sector, including serving as chief operating officer for the Federal Reserve System, executive director of the Georgia Transportation Authority, vice chairman of BellSouth and group president of AT&T.
Long involved in the Atlanta community, Anderson was named one of the 100 Most Influential Atlantans by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and served as the 2007 chairman of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He earned his bachelor's and MBA degrees from Murray State University.
