Nicole Dupuis is the principal associate for urban innovation at the National League of Cities. As principle associate in the City Solutions and Applied Research Department, she manages NLC's best-practice and research work on infrastructure, telecommunications, and urban innovation and helps local leaders communicate the impact of infrastructure projects in their communities.

Dupuis holds a master's degree in urban policy and planning from Northwestern University and is pursuing a Ph.D in public administration and policy from Virginia Tech.
