Megan E. Hatch is an assistant professor of urban policy and city management at Cleveland State University's Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs. Her research focuses on the causes and consequences of public policies that disproportionately affect vulnerable populations.

Hatch holds a Ph.D. in public policy and administration from George Washington University, a master's degree in public administration from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree in government from Georgetown University.
