Greg Pellegrino is a principal with Deloitte Consulting and a recognized leader in customer-experience strategy. He currently leads Deloitte's relationship with the U.S. Department of Justice.
Before joining Deloitte, Pellegrino served as chairman of the Homeland Security & Defense Business Council. Previously, he was a vice president of American Management Systems. He earned his bachelor's degree in management information systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
