Erica McFadden

Erica McFadden is a senior management research analyst at Arizona State University's Morrison Institute for Public Policy. She has 20 years of experience working with nonprofits in different positions in the fields of aging and disability and has published academic articles, book chapters, policy briefs and reports on aging and disability with a special focus on governance issues.

McFadden holds a Ph.D. in public administration and policy from Arizona State University and a master's degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University. During her tenure at VCU, she received a Hartford Fellowship to work and conduct research with organizations involved with aging populations in Virginia. She served as executive director of LINC Inc., a community-based service and advocacy organization for people with disabilities in St. Louis, and currently serves on the Phoenix Mayor's Commission on Disability Issues.
