Charles Vickery is an independent researcher specializing in statistical, legislative and geodemographic analysis of the horse-racing, wagering and gaming industries for a broad range of government and private interests. He has testified before state legislative committees about horse racing and gaming, has served as a federal expert witness on the subjects, and has developed statistical modeling used in wagering integrity programs.

Vickery has also served as the research director of EQB Inc., a major Thoroughbred bloodstock and scientific company, and was a founding board member of the National Association of Thoroughbred Owners and the Thoroughbred Owners of Florida. He received his bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Clarkson University.
